A simple, creamy, and rich peanut butter fudge recipe that’s quick to make and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 2 cups of sugar and ½ cup of milk. Stir constantly until it comes to a boil (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Allow the mixture to boil for 3 minutes, stirring continuously to ensure the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Let it sit at room temperature until completely cool (about 2 hours). Once set, cut into squares.

Notes

Best to use high-quality peanut butter and vanilla for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
