Pioneer Woman Pecan Pie Balls

Delightful no-bake treats that capture the essence of traditional pecan pie in bite-sized form.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed cookies (such as vanilla wafers or graham crackers)
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies, chopped pecans, powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth—about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Using your hands, roll small portions into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For easier rolling, flour your hands slightly. Optional: roll in chopped pecans or sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration.
