Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk or dairy alternative
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, milk, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in bowl
  2. Stir until well mixed
  3. Fold in chopped pistachios
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours)
  5. Stir before serving
  6. Add additional toppings if desired
