Pizza Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious stuffed mushrooms fused with classic pizza flavors, perfect for gatherings.

  • 8 medium portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 8 basil leaves, halved
  • 16 pepperoni slices, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep your oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the mushrooms: Remove the stems and rinse the caps.
  3. Arrange the caps: Place mushroom caps stem side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill the cavities: Fill each mushroom with pizza sauce, add basil leaf and pepperoni.
  5. Cheese it up: Top each mushroom with grated mozzarella.
  6. Bake to perfection: Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
