    • 1 Large onion

    • 2 Eggs

    • 1 cup All-purpose flour or matzo meal

    • 1/2 cup Neutral oil (canola or vegetable)

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • 1 tablespoon Baking powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 9×13 baking dish with butter.,Layer half the potato slices in dish.
