  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup White Chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth and creamy.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Scoop out small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in the graham cracker crumbs until they’re well-coated.
  5. Dip the truffles in melted white chocolate, making sure they’re fully coated and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Place the tray in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set for about 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy chilled!
