8 cups rice Chex cereal
1 cuhere’s chocoyou llhips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
4 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Pour the cereal into a large bowl.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir until all pieces are evenly coated.
Transfer the coated cereal to a large resealable bag or container with a lid.
Add the powdered sugar, seal, and shake until all pieces are well coated.
Spread on parchment paper to cool and set before serving.

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
