Quick Christmas Peppermint Pie

A no-bake creamy dessert that combines the refreshing taste of peppermint with a rich filling, perfect for holiday celebrations.

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup peppermint candy canes, crushed
  • 2 tbsp peppermint extract
  • Chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined, about another 2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula.
  4. Stir in the crushed peppermint candy canes and peppermint extract until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture into the pre-made crust, smoothing the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

For the best results, use room temperature cream cheese and chill all mixing tools before whipping cream.
