Quick and Easy Sautéed Spinach

A simple and flavorful sautéed spinach recipe that transforms fresh greens into a delicious side dish.

  • 1012 ounces fresh spinach
  • 23 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
  3. Toss in the fresh spinach and stir frequently for 2-3 minutes until wilted and bright green.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add lemon juice or nutmeg for a flavor boost!
