Raspberry White Hot Chocolate

A luscious beverage combining creamy white chocolate and tangy raspberry puree, perfect for cozy winter nights.

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream over medium heat, stirring until just below a simmer.
  2. Add the chopped white chocolate and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the raspberry puree and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  4. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
