No-Bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Bars

Delicious no-bake bars combining creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.

  • 1 cup (240g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups (250g) powdered sugar
  • 2 cups (200g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1½ cups (260g) semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup (120g) creamy peanut butter (for chocolate layer)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and 1 cup peanut butter. Stir in powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until smooth.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet chocolate chips and ½ cup peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Lift bars out using parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

To enhance chocolate flavor, you may add cocoa powder or use coconut oil for a smoother chocolate layer.
