2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange asparagus in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the oil mixture over asparagus and toss to coat evenly.
Roast for 10-12 minutes until tender but still crisp (thicker spears may need 2-3 minutes longer).
