Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark

A delightful treat combining crunchy pretzels, rich caramel, and silky chocolate, perfect for any occasion.

  • 4 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract to the melted butter; stir until homogeneous.
  5. Spread pretzel sticks evenly on the baking sheet and pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges bubble.
  7. While warm, drizzle melted chocolate chips over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Cool in the pan until set, about 30 minutes to 1 hour, then break into pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Can be made in advance for gatherings.
