Savoury Garlic Butter Ground Beef Linguine in Creamy Parmesan Sauce

A rich and comforting pasta dish featuring tender linguine tossed with seasoned ground beef in a luxurious garlic butter parmesan cream sauce – restaurant-quality flavor made in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

1 lb Linguine pasta

1 lb Ground beef

3 tablespoons Unsalted butter

1 tablespoon Olive oil

4 cloves of Garlic, minced

½ cup Chicken broth

1 cup Heavy cream

½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese.

1 teaspoon Salt

⅛ teaspoon Black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine al dente according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess fat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked linguine and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • For extra richness, stir in 2 oz cream cheese with the heavy cream
  • Substitute half-and-half for lighter version (sauce will be thinner)
  • Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms with the garlic for earthy flavor
  • Leftovers reheat well with a splash of milk to refresh the sauce
