  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the Brussels sprouts and place them in a large bowl.
