Irresistible Sheet Pan Breakfast Pizza

A delightful and easy-to-make breakfast pizza loaded with sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for family gatherings or lazy Sundays.

  • 1 tube Pillsbury thin crust refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 lb ground sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 4.5 oz Fritos Mild Cheddar Cheese Dip (about 1/2 can)
  • 2.75 oz pkg gravy mix
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain grease and set aside.
  4. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until firm, about 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  5. Prepare the gravy according to package directions, adding pepper and garlic salt to taste.
  6. Lay the pizza dough flat onto the prepared sheet pan, pressing it out to the edges.
  7. Spread the Fritos cheese dip over the crust, followed by the sausage and scrambled eggs. Dot with gravy and sprinkle both cheeses on top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Slice into squares and serve warm.

Notes

Allow eggs to come to room temperature for fluffier results. Use homemade gravy for added flavor if desired.
