Delightful and festive Snowman Cupcakes capturing the spirit of winter, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate or vanilla cupcake mix
  • Eggs (as required by cupcake mix)
  • Oil (as required by cupcake mix)
  • Water (as required by cupcake mix)
  • White frosting
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Chocolate chips or edible eyes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cupcake batter by mixing cupcake mix with eggs, oil, and water.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Fill with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  3. Let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
  4. Frost cooled cupcakes generously with white frosting.
  5. Assemble the snowman by placing one mini marshmallow on top and two underneath for the body, using frosting to stick.
  6. Add a pretzel stick as a hat and decorate with chocolate chips or edible eyes.
  7. Serve and enjoy the delightful treats!
