Irresistible Southern Corn Pudding

A creamy and sweet Southern Corn Pudding, perfect for family gatherings and comforting meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, whole milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well for an even texture.
  3. Beat in the eggs until everything is well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also prepare the mixture a day in advance.
