Irresistibly Spicy Garlic Bok Choy

A quick and flavorful side dish featuring crunchy bok choy sautéed with garlic and chili oil, perfect for any meal.

  • 1 lb Bok Choy
  • 34 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly cracked Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep the bok choy, rinsing and slicing into halves or quarters.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add chili oil, warming for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add bok choy to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional minute.
  6. Serve hot as a side or main dish.
