Irresistible Stir Fry Chicken

A vibrant and flavorful dish featuring sliced chicken breast stir-fried with fresh vegetables and a savory sauce.

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (Bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp stir fry sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger; stir quickly for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender yet vibrant, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and stir fry sauce, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
