  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 (100g) packet unsweetened acai puree or 1 tbsp acai powder
  • 1/2 cup green apple, diced
  • 1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional Add-ins:
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Garnish:
  • Strawberry slices
  • Lime wedge
  • Fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Break up acai packet (if using frozen) and place in blender.
  2. Add strawberries, apple, coconut water, sweetener (if using), and lime juice.
  3. Blend on high until smooth, about 45 seconds.
  4. Add ice and pulse until slushy texture forms.
  5. Pour into glass. Top with extra coconut water for ombre effect.
  6. Garnish with strawberry, lime, and mint. Serve immediately with straw.

Notes

  • For Starbucks-style: Add 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries instead of fresh
