- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry Jello
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 1 package (3 oz) of strawberry Jello until fully dissolved.
- Add freshly pureed strawberries and 1 cup of vodka into the dissolved Jello mixture, stirring well until combined.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses or small plastic cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.
- Before serving, remove shots from the fridge and chill in the freezer for a few minutes.
Notes
These shots can be made up to two days in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
