1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup flour (for rolling)
1/2 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)
8 slices deli ham or capicola
10 slices salami
10 slices pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll dough: On floured surface, roll dough into 12×16-inch rectangle.
Layer fillings: Spread marinara sauce over dough, leaving 1-inch border. Layer meats, cheeses, and veggies. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Roll: Starting from long side, tightly roll dough into log. Pinch seams to seal; tuck ends under.
Bake: Transfer seam-side down to baking sheet. Brush with egg wash, cut 4-5 steam vents on top. Bake 25-30 mins until golden brown.
Rest & serve: Cool 5 mins before slicing. Serve with warm marinara.
