Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, honey, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Rub this mixture all over the chicken and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil until it shimmers.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken and let it rest. Use the skillet juices to create a quick sauce, then pour this over the chicken and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For more flavor, consider marinating the chicken longer and adding fresh herbs. Customize the dish with vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for added nutrition.
