Irresistible Texas Roadhouse Salmon

A flavorful salmon dish glazed with a sweet and savory sauce, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

  • 4 Salmon Fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Place salmon on the baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Brush with remaining glaze and return to oven for an additional 8-10 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, let rest for 2 minutes and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a crispy top, place salmon under the broiler for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
