  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or pan to high heat (around 450°F).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and brown sugar until well blended.
  3. Rub the steak all over with olive oil and generously sprinkle the seasoning mixture on both sides.
