Delightful Tiramisu Truffles

A no-bake treat combining the classic flavors of tiramisu in a bite-sized format, perfect for coffee lovers and any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 cup ladyfinger crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  2. Dissolve espresso powder in 1 tablespoon of hot water and add to the mascarpone blend, mixing until incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in ladyfinger crumbs until fully combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and roll each in cocoa powder.
  6. Place finished truffles on a parchment-lined tray and chill for an additional 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure mascarpone and cream are at room temperature for better mixing. Truffles can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.
