  • 200g Digestive biscuits (or Graham crackers)
  • 100g Butter, melted
  • 400g Cream cheese
  • 200g Toblerone chocolate, chopped
  • 200ml Heavy cream
  • 150g Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons Gelatin powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into the base of a lined baking pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth and mix with melted Toblerone chocolate.
  3. Whip the Cream: Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold into the Toblerone cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add Gelatin (Optional): Dissolve gelatin in warm water and mix into the cheesecake batter.
  5. Assembly Time: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled biscuit base and spread evenly.
  6. Chill the Cheesecake: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Serving Up: Once set, slice into squares and serve with extra Toblerone pieces on top.

Notes

Mix chocolate and cream cheese at similar temperatures to avoid lumps. If mixture is too thick, use a gentle stir to combine.
