Decadent Toblerone Cheesecake

A rich and creamy Toblerone cheesecake that combines the delightful flavors of Toblerone chocolate with a classic cheesecake filling.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 ounces Toblerone chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Melt the Toblerone chocolate and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering, pour over chopped Toblerone, and stir until smooth.
  9. Once cheesecake is chilled, pour ganache on top and spread evenly. Refrigerate for an hour.

Notes

For best texture, allow the cheesecake to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
