Vampire Fudge

A hauntingly delightful combination of chocolate and raspberry jam, perfect for Halloween or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • Red food coloring (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour half the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing it out.
  5. Spread raspberry jam over this layer, adding red food coloring if desired.
  6. Top with the remaining fudge mixture, spreading evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or two weeks in the fridge.
