  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, 1 cup of fresh water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed (about 1-2 minutes).
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
