Refreshing Watermelon Sorbet

A delightful and refreshing watermelon sorbet made with just two ingredients, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups frozen watermelon cubes (seedless and fully ripe)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the watermelon by cutting a ripe, seedless watermelon into small cubes, placing them on a lined baking sheet in a single layer, and freezing for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Once frozen, transfer the watermelon cubes into a blender or food processor, add the lime juice, and blend until smooth.
  3. If you prefer a firmer texture, spoon the blended mixture into a loaf pan, smooth the surface, cover, and freeze for an additional 1 to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use ripe, seedless watermelons for best flavor. Store the sorbet in an airtight container for up to one week.
