  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Crushed peppermint bark for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and pressing it into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then blend in the melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain airiness.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the Oreo crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Before serving, top with crushed peppermint bark.
