  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually incorporate it into the wet mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
