Deliciously crispy Zucchini Garlic Bites, a perfect quick snack or appetizer bursting with flavor.

  • 2 medium zucchinis, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil), chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded zucchini, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small bites or patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes
