Baked Dijon Salmon

A crowd-pleasing dish featuring salmon glazed with a tangy mustard, honey, and lemon sauce, ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin-on
  • Fresh parsley or dill, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease your baking sheet with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and spoon the glaze over the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The glaze can be prepared a day in advance.
