Delicious Pumpkin Magic Bars with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy pumpkin filling, and topped with chocolate chips, perfect for fall gatherings.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press firmly into the baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top, pressing them gently into the mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set, then let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or in the fridge for up to a week. They can be frozen for up to 3 months.
